Credit Card Orders
Purchasing using our online ordering system is safe and secure. We use Stripe service to process online credit card payments. Stripe is a worldwide leader in payment services. You would see DOVESTONES on your credit card statement as charge description.
All online orders are processed through Stripe service. All prices are shown in USD, if the currency of the card is not USD the price will be converted to your local currency upon online processing of the payment. Please note that some card issuers may impose additional fee (up to 2%) when processing the payment for not US-based merchants, please check with the card issuers if the additional fee may be added.
Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders from established educational institutions submitted via email, to check if the license can be acquired with a purchase order contact [email protected].
Please email your PO in pdf format signed by properly authorized party within the organization to [email protected]. If you need a W9 or W8 form please contact us at [email protected].
Licensing
The license provides the license holder the right to use the software without limits as long as the installed software is operational. Note that active non-expired maintenance service is required to receive technical support and activate new instances of the licensed software.
Single Admin license gives license owning organization the right to operate a single installation of the software by single administrator.
Site license gives license owning organization the right to operate multiple installations of the software by multiple administrators within single site location.
Multisite license gives license owning organization the right to operate multiple installations of the software by multiple administrators across multiple locations.
Software Maintenance Terms
One year maintenance service is included with the initial license purchase, customer can also choose to add 2 or 3 year maintenance plan at the time of purchase.
Active maintenance service entitles the customer to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support. After maintenance period expires the customer can choose to remain with the latest version downloaded operating it without technical support or to purchase an additional maintenance package. Please note that after maintenance expires you will no longer be able to activate the new instance of the software including the lates releases downloaded from our website.
