Licensing
The license is perpetual. A perpetual license allows the customer to use the licensed software indefinitely.
Software Maintenance Terms
For the first year, the license also entitles the customer to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support. After the one year period ends, the customer can choose to remain with the latest version downloaded or to purchase an additional 1 year Updates & Support maintenance package which is approximately 25% of the license price. Please note that after your maintenance expires you will no longer be able to download the software or new versions from our website.
